You'll work directly with our leadership team to turn ideas, experiences and client success stories into content that earns attention across LinkedIn, industry publications, podcasts, newsletters and AI-powered search.

Some weeks you'll interview a founder for a LinkedIn post.

Some weeks you'll pitch an article to a leading publication.

Some weeks you'll coordinate a podcast appearance.

Some weeks you'll turn client insights into original research the industry wants to talk about.

Your Mission

Your mission isn't to publish more content.

Your mission is to build trust, authority and influence.

You'll help position our founders as respected voices in AI Search, SEO and digital marketing while strengthening our agency's reputation across the marketing industry.

What You'll Do

Founder Brand & Executive Communications

  • Work directly with our founders to capture ideas, opinions and experiences.
  • Turn conversations into LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, presentations and video scripts.
  • Build and manage a founder content calendar.
  • Maintain a consistent voice and personal brand for each founder.
  • Shadow important meetings, webinars and presentations to identify content opportunities.
  • Turn one conversation into multiple content assets across different channels.

Thought Leadership & Content Strategy

  • Research emerging topics in AI Search, SEO, marketing and business growth.
  • Develop original content angles backed by data, client experience and industry trends.
  • Create articles, whitepapers, newsletters and long-form thought leadership content.
  • Help prepare keynote presentations, webinars and conference sessions.
  • Partner with internal teams to turn client success stories into compelling narratives.

PR, Media & Industry Relations

  • Build relationships with editors, journalists, publication teams, newsletter publishers and podcast hosts.
  • Identify opportunities for guest articles, interviews, expert commentary and industry features.
  • Coordinate article submissions, interviews and editorial follow-ups.
  • Pitch our founders for podcasts, webinars, conferences and speaking engagements.
  • Track media mentions and identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  • Coordinate award submissions and industry recognition opportunities.

Original Research & Industry Insights

  • Partner with SEO, AI Search and Strategy teams to identify trends worth talking about.
  • Turn internal data and campaign insights into industry reports and research.
  • Help create content that earns citations, backlinks and media coverage.
  • Identify opportunities where our agency can contribute unique perspectives to industry conversations.

Brand & Content Marketing

  • Work closely with writers, designers, video editors and marketers to produce high-quality content.
  • Repurpose one idea into multiple formats including blogs, videos, newsletters, social posts and presentations.
  • Ensure every piece of communication reflects our brand voice.
  • Build campaigns that increase awareness, credibility and trust.

AI-First Content Operations

We use AI to work smarter—not to replace original thinking.

You'll regularly work with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM and other AI platforms to speed up research, brainstorming and content creation while ensuring every piece reflects our unique perspective.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience in Brand Communications, Public Relations, Executive Communications, Content Marketing or Thought Leadership.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working with founders, executives or subject matter experts.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, B2B marketing and personal branding.
  • Experience pitching articles, podcasts, webinars or media opportunities.
  • Excellent interviewing and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and modern content workflows.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Worked in an agency environment.
  • Managed executive or founder personal brands.
  • Built successful LinkedIn or newsletter communities.
  • Published articles in respected business or marketing publications.
  • Coordinated podcast appearances or speaking engagements.
  • Experience with digital PR or media outreach.
  • Worked with AI-powered content workflows.

By the end of your first three months, we'd love to see you:
