A Marketing Agency in Canada is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India.
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of recruitment experience in the Digital Marketing Industry, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting, to attract a pool of qualified candidates.
- Maintain a talent pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Administer pre-employment tests and assessments as needed.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Must have prior experience in hiring candidates for the Digital Marketing industry and technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Negotiation skills and ability to read the room is a must.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
