Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a knack for graphic design, and a talent for video editing. They will be responsible for creating and posting content using various tools, managing client accounts, and planning social media strategies. This role requires a strong ability to craft high-quality, visually appealing designs that align with our clients' brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
  • Write, design, and post engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ensure all posts are creative, high-quality, and align with brand guidelines.
  • Use graphic design tools to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
Graphic Design & Video Editing:
  • Design high-quality graphics that resonate with target audiences and align with clients' brand aesthetics.
  • Edit videos to produce polished, engaging social media content.
Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow personal social media following to understand trends and best practices.
  • Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their social media presence is vibrant and effective.
  • Plan and implement social media strategies tailored to each client's needs.
Client Interaction:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop content strategies that meet their objectives.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and manage their expectations effectively.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
  • Analyze trends and insights to optimize content and strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to grow and engage a social media following.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing social media for multiple clients or in an agency setting.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
